Own In Cabo represents you

Representation should begin with clear roles and expectations.

When you buy in a development, the sales agents on site represent the developer. Own In Cabo represents you. Confirm agency, compensation, licensing, and any developer relationship in writing for your specific transaction.

Before we talk

Open the topics that shape a sound decision.

Choose the path that best matches your objective.

A useful first conversation covers where you want to be, how you intend to use the property, the type of ownership being offered, your timing, and the documents you will need to review.

When a developer or seller has an on-site sales team, ask whom that team represents. A buyer may choose separate representation, but the scope of that relationship, compensation, conflicts, and access to information should be confirmed for the specific property rather than assumed from marketing language.

Property availability, price, specifications, and incentives must be verified directly before you rely on them.

Seller guidance begins with the legal identity of the property and seller, title or trust documentation, association status, permits and improvements, condition, operating costs, and any management or rental agreements.

A pricing conversation can use comparable-market evidence, but the purpose, date range, property differences, and data limitations should be explicit. A marketing plan should identify what will be produced, where it will appear, how inquiries will be handled, and how performance will be reviewed.

Use the home-evaluation page to organize the facts needed for a later consultation. It does not create an appraisal, listing agreement, or valuation opinion by itself.

Buyers can prepare target areas, property type, occupancy plans, financing assumptions, ownership questions, travel dates, and decision-makers. Sellers can prepare title or trust records, association statements, improvement history, service contracts, and current property details.

Ask which professionals are independent, which party they represent, and which services require a separate licensed or qualified adviser.

Before you share documents, confirm the recipient and use a secure channel. Do not send identity, banking, tax or transaction documents to an unverified address.
